Buzz McCarthy Cavalier
As former President and Founder of Bloomsbury Conferences, a leading Australian event and convention management company, Buzz McCarthy Cavalier organised international conventions for 15 years. She specialized in creating events of immense style and sophistication for convention participants using props such as fireworks, dodgem cars, waiters on roller blades, speakers parachuting in, acrobats, fire-eaters, singers, dancers and staging a mini-Olympics event. In planning and directing these events, Buzz organised sponsorship, technical and social programs, trade exhibitions, accommodation and travel and speakers. She also organised, for more than a decade, an annual Awards Presentation for the discerning advertising industry: this event, showcasing a fusion of high fashion and talent, was a stunning night of stars and entertainment held for 1,000 guests in a 5-star venue.
Recently, Buzz organised a three-day birthday event for one of Australia’s better known matriarchs from one of the country’s “First Families”, held in a 17th century Villa and other exotic locations in Tuscany. During 18 years of part-residency in Italy, Buzz has discovered many culinary treasures and in recent years has convened an 11-day Fabulous Food Tour in the upper reaches of Tuscany. The locals open their hearts to her guests as they enjoy restaurants and bars independent tourists would never find. Buzz has also created a 12-day Goddess Retreat held every year in the Tuscan villa she and her former-husband, Robin Cavalier, purchased and lovingly restored. She has published a book about life in rural Italy.
In the late eighties Buzz was managing director of Australia’s largest adventure travel company, focused on high quality adventures around the world: trekking in the Himalayas, visiting the gorillas in Rwanda, cycling around China, river rafting around the world, walking high into the Peruvian Andes. Her passion was the delivery of outstanding service to all clients. Other career highlights include working in South America with Australia’s intelligence organisation and being personal assistant to a senior Australian politician.
Buzz is a Trainer with the elite Anthony Robbins’ Companies, working to facilitate change with groups of people using the Anthony Robbins human development process. She is also a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistics Programming, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, Neuro Associative Conditioning and is a Human Resources graduate majoring in psychology. With her own coaching business for the past ten years, Buzz is committed to empowering clients to make more compelling decisions for their lives.
Buzz McCarthy Cavalier lives with her teenage son, Hugo, in the heart of cosmopolitan Melbourne, Australia, spending more extensive breaks at her Italian villa in the hills of Tuscany. She continues to travel extensively, adding to the considerable list of countries she has visited.

Connie Schottky Osterholt
Connie Schottky Osterholt started her professional career as a Physical Education teacher and Sports Coach in The Netherlands after completing a unique degree at the University of Rotterdam that only graduated a few select individuals. For years, Connie pursued her passion of inspiring people of all ages to excel in sports at a level many of them never thought possible.
As a woman committed to always raising her own standards, Connie decided to expand her influence and help people create results not only in their physical life, but in every area of their life. She enrolled in Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University in the USA and went on to become a Trainer for the Anthony Robbins Companies. She was quickly promoted to Mentor Trainer status, and is currently one of an elite group of Master Trainers/Lead Trainers within the Anthony Robbins’ Companies.
Connie’s unending enthusiasm and passion also led her to be selected as a Presenter and co-Facilitator for a number of Anthony Robbins Events. Her dedication and professionalism is highlighted by the fact that she is the only non-American Master Trainer and Presenter whose native tongue is not English.
In 1999, Connie was one of an elite team of only 30 handpicked individuals who were personally trained by Anthony Robbins, known as the world’s best coach and personal development trainer, at his first Coaching Academy. She went on to head and mentor the European Coaching Division for the company and was responsible for bringing on and developing a team of ten coaches based across Europe, speaking five different languages.
Connie has a lifetime of experience in coaching individuals as well as executive teams. She has coached over 2,000 people in the UK, Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia. She conducts coaching and training in English, Dutch, and German, and works not only in The Netherlands, but also in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. She is focused on getting desired results in a fast, inspiring, and elegant way. Her specialties include, but are not limited to: Time Management, Communication, Public Speaking, Relationships, Team Building, Leadership and Strategic Planning.
Connie’s studies include courses in physical education, public relations, Law, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Associative Conditioning, and Results Coaching. She is currently pursuing a double Ph.D. in Integrative Psychology and Medicine in the U.S.A.
Connie Schottky Osterholt lives in the bustling port city of Rotterdam in The Netherlands with her Actor and Singer husband, Alexander Schottky, and her two teenage sons, Pieter and Laurens.
