Sfinx Women Ltd. offers complete confidentiality to all women who enquire through our website.
Once your membership is confirmed in writing no cancellation is allowed but we may allow a change of representative and are happy to be flexible with time limits for you to attend the four events.
We accept payment in Euro, US$, AUD$ and British pounds and your credit cards will be debited within 7 days of receipt. No additional fees will be charged for transactions processed by credit card. Direct deposit into our bank account is the preferred option. When paying via credit card, you will see the reference "sfinxwomen.com" plus our telephone number (61 3 98229447) on your credit card statements. Any information provided to us via our online payment page will be protected by an SSL certificate, and will be processed by Chronopay.
The price of membership will be given to all enquirers in email or letter form and may vary from time to time. Membership is currently Euro10.000 per annum and can be paid in instalments to suit each applicant. What it covers is listed under Sfinx Women. Membership applications should be addressed to either Principal of the Company.
Each event will be priced differently and will be advised to members and guests via an invitation and application form, either by mail or email from Sfinx Principal Buzz McCarthy Cavalier several months prior to the event.
All membership applications and event applications will be confirmed in writing with relevant details and confirming the receipt of the monies due or paid within seven days of obtaining your application. Each event application has its own cancellation policy and date for cancellation which is printed on the invitation.
It is envisaged all enquiries will be responded to within two working days. Receipt of your payments for any events or membership will be acknowledged one working day after receipt of payment.
Confidentiality
Your personal details once known to us will not be provided to any third parties with the exception of third parties required for the execution of your order (ie suppliers of our event components).
